How much memory for apps will the Galaxy Nexus Have? Is it really 32 GB as previously speculated? Does anyone know for sure?

This really is a problem with the Galaxy Nexus: it has no slot for MicroSD cards and thus no possible expandable memory. That's one of the reasons why I rated the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket higher in my comparison.

There are two models.. 16 or 32 gig. As for enough room.. should be plenty if your music and video are stored in the "Cloud".

Yep look for both 16 and 32 Gb modles for the Galaxy Nexus. Both sizes are pretty standard now so look for that in most coming phones.
