im having trouble getting the latest up date using sony ericsson pc companion, i manage to get as far as "prepare the computer for update" that seems fine,when it says "checking the phone" a dialogue box appears bottom right corner "FOUND NEW HARDWARE semc flash device" my phone switches off and computer screen freezes, ctrl Alt delete does work i have to shut computer down at the main switch. ive tried several times with no luck,
