Help please. Need advice on what to do about adware.

I have the Droid Charge. I have quite a few asps installed in this phone. I am currently using Lookout mobile security. I have been getting these advertisements on my notification bar. What can I do to stop them? How do I find out which app is causing this? And what mobile security app should I be using?
