Hello! Don't worry about your English. it's much better then my Dutch! But I have to admit I'm not entirely sure I know what you want. You want to download an app from the App Center but can't correct?
The first step is to make sure that you are signed in to the app center correctly and that a payment option has been selected. If that is the case then you should be able to download the app correctly. Have you tried downloading the app once you are completely signed in? What happens exactly? Do you get an error message? If so what does it say?
