HTC Sensation XE — Incorrect Location displayed.

Hi The weather widget and clock used to show the corect location of Guernsey, now for no reason this has changed to United Kingdom. I have reinstalled the locations to no avail. Wireless and mobile networks are used to set the location, both being in Guernsey.
Anyone have any ideas how to corrrect this location issue.

I was so close to helping, or at least offering a reason/explanation.... until I read to the end and found Wi-Fi and GPS both on! I'd say Wi-Fi alone should sort it, it does on mine, but GPS won't unless you are outside?
Without either though, you are at the mercy of the nearest mast/cell and that puts me all over the place.
Sorry I can't help with them on though.
