Voice control without internet

This works so well I just bought the paid app
voice control pro.
The idea is you say the app you want to open and it does.You don't need internet access for it to work.You can add new apps you want to open by typing it in on a phonetic keyboard.I don't know any thing about phonetics but I put in my best guesses and it works.Supposedly works in other languages too.

A voice controlled launcher? Neat! Does it work well when it's loud outside? I have the siri replacement "andy" on my phone and it's a lot of fun but when it's loud it's hard to get him to respond.
