Sony Ericsson Xperia Play — Cracked Screen Sony Experia play - Hellllpppp !! Need advice and you all seem like experts

Hi I am new to this so excuse me if I don't make much sense. I have a sony experia play and it has a cracked screen. I know someone who can repair it for me if I get the part, and this is where my problem comes in. The phone still works perfectly well, so Is it "Replacement Digitizer Touch Screen Glass Dislay For Sony Ericsson Xperia Play" that I need to buy. There's one on Ebay but I don't want to spend money and then buy the wrong thing.

You may want to have Sony repair this one for you. I know that you can order original capacitive screen replacments but they are extremly hard to install, often requiring special tools. I know ther is a shop in Germany who specializes in this kind of repair... Where are you located?
