hello all,

i'm new to android development. i want to know how to define the device configuration for samsung galaxy y. i did some r&d on it. but i'm not find right result.

the device specification giving us the dimensions for samsung galaxy y(Samsung Galaxy Y S5360) as 240 x 320 pixels, 3.0 inches (~133 ppi pixel density). according to that i created the device config in eclipse as follows

smallest screen width - 240dp
width - 240dp
height - 320dp
dpi as 135
size 3 inches
normal screen
long screen aspect ratio
medium density
finger based touch screen
long screen
soft keyboard
qwerty keypad
d-pad navigation
screen resolution 240w - 320h

i got some +ve results, but i need right clarification on this. Could any one clear me that how to define the custom device configuration for xml/emulator.
