Help rooting Galaxy S 4g

Hi readers I was jus hoping that someone could give me ne information on how to successfully root the Galaxy S 4g. Idk if it might b possible but I was wondering if u could root this phone without a computer if so plz let me kno Id greatly appreciate it :)

It is possible using a file called Ginger Break but I would recomend that you do it with a computer as then you can make backups of your system software incase something goes wrong. Heres a link to youtube showing how to root using Ginger Break and heres part one our or Modders Guide to rooting a Galaxy S2 its a 4 part video that will show you step by step how to root your Galaxy S2.
