Need help - convert Cube UG9T 2 from Chinese to English

Just purchased Cube UG9T 2 in China and need to convert the OS over to English version. Have been able to change the language in the basic menu, but the root info is still in Chinese. Appreciate any info.

Have you considered rooting the tablet and flashing a English ROM on to the tablet?
