how to solve?

if update 2.3 to 2.3.5 .. will it ask pin number?
would be advisable to update android version?

Updates are always good to keep your phone secure and fast with new features. If you get that error, it normally means that that particluar account isnt linked to your phone. Are you sure your using the right email address?
