Amazon Kindle Fire — Using Kindle fire outside US

Norwin	Using Kindle fire outside US created on Mar 11, 2012 5:27:18 PM (via AndroidPIT app) This a real pain in the ass. Why can't we buy apps from the amazon app store if we are outside US? but still can buy ebooks, does anybody happen to know if they're planning to eliminate this stupid restriction?
