I need some Help please

Hi , the thing is that im on a training in a dev company .. and i ve never developed an android application
and now my boss charged me to develop this app that will allow the customer to search a product with some criterias ( like in the picture )
- im thinking about linking the app with sqlite database (but i dont know how to customize these criterias , also i cant add thumbnails in results )
- the second choice is to make this search as a web-app ( using php/mysql i guess , also i need a tutorial )

please any ideas how can i get this done , im really confused :s and i dont know what this type of search is called so i can find usefull tutorials
