HTC Sensation XE — Sensation XE function keys won't stay on

Hello

Only just received this as a replacement for a faulty XE today. But, the function keys won't light up after the handset has been unlocked. Once I unlock, the lights come on for a few seconds then disappear.

Am I missing something? My previous XE lights stayed on whereas these will only come on once unlocked - not even a touch will light them up.

Any advice or is it a phone back job?

Right, they'll stay on in a dark environment but won't light up whilst in a bright one. I'm sure my old handset lights were on all the time....

Thats weird. Have you checked your power settings to see if theres a timeout delay on the light? On my Sensation they always stayed on. Also, try turning off your auto brightness and see if that helps.
