Just a quick question about why all apps are not available directly from Android pit?

There have been many times I go to download / purchase an app only to be sent to Google Play which sucks because they don't offer PayPal.

Because developer needs to upload APK to Android PIT separately. There is extra effort to prepare app for AndroidPIT so not all developers do it (to be honest, in case of my apps it is definitely not good deal as sales are more than 100 times smaller here than on Google Play)
