I'm trying to find a way to ping different cell towers from other carriers I have a few ideas like a world Sim.have to find a way to put your phone into roaming mode.I need some suggestions people

Hmm....I guess it could be done if an app was written to let you "force roaming" mode. What would be the purpose though?
