super pai 3 won't boot.

just got a super pai 3 from private sale and it was a bit slow for my liking so i thought i'll hit factory reset and start a fresh.

now it won't boot to the os. it just says ANDRIOD_ and thats it.

any help in getting it working again would be great.

Hello,

try to switch off the device and remove the battery for ~ 5 min. Then reassemble the battery and try to turn it on again. Maybe this could help.

Okay, so far so bad ...

Normaly Android Devices do have an mode called Recovery-Mode, which could be reached by a special Key combination when powering up the device. You should consult the manual how to reach this special menu and there you should find a selection "Factory reset" That one you should choose ..
