htc chacha problem

i try to connect my htc chacha to the laptop to put music onto it, i plug it in and i wont come up with the icon at the top left. it will only charge my phone not allow me to select usb so i can put music on. any ideas?

Try connecting your usb and either use HTC Sync or Mass Storage and just drag and drop whichever music you want into the Music folder. If that doesn't work have a look at this:
