Huawei Honor — can't download anything

I can't download anything these few weeks. it's said "could not be downloaded due to an error. (500)" or ".... (927)"
Anyone know why?

Were you previously able to download or has this been an issue since you first got the phone? Is your Huawei Honor rooted?
