Best Budget Smartphone Opinion?

G'day, I'm looking around for a cheap Android smartphone for my sister. Her price range is roughly under the $200 mark. Good internet connection is not important to her, but she does want something wth a decent camera. At the moment I am leaning towards the Samsung Galaxy Ace, which I can get for around $180.

That's a good choice. This is a good phone for the price you're paying and has everything that you're sister wants!
