we just updated our LaTeX Editor for Android which is available for quite some time now.
In a nutshell: The LaTeX Editor VerbTeX allows you to create LaTeX projects on your Android device and view a PDF generated from the LaTeX code. It is basically an editor with syntax highlighting and some other features like autosave, file upload, collaboration, etc.
