How to Change call answering?

How do i change the way i answer calls?

Running the ice cream sandwich on htc one x

when the screen is locked, to answer calls i have to drag the answer button into the circle lock.

Is there any way to change this so its simply a button to touch????

I dont have the phone on my desk anymore, but wasnt there an option in settings to answer the call from the lockcscreen?
