According to http://phandroid.com/2012/05/09/sprint-exec-confirms-htc-evo-3d-ice-cream-sandwich-update-rolling-out-in-june/ USA gets ics by June.
As I switched from Nokia, I really don't know how update schedule works with htc and Android in general.
So, USA gets it first and unbranded Europe next?
On Nokia, we (without contract) owners had updates first, European contract owners next and finally Americans. Of course it was Nokia and their weird policies.
