Turn off camera shutter sound & date printed on pictures

Dear Friends,

Previously, I faced a problem with my Camera. Once I take a photos, the camera capture the photos so dam slow. I used Android 2.0.3 Gingerbread previously.

Now I have upgraded to 4.0.3 Ice Scream Sandwich, then also I am facing another problem with the camera app as well. I could not turn off the shutter sound once I take a photos and this new version does not provide the date printed on photos once you take pictures.

Anyone have an experience one or both of this problem, please share with me, it will be appreciated.

I think some cameras have this feature, and some don't. I normally only see the option in rooted phones on disabling the shutter sound, but Im not 100% percent on that.
