Im not sure I understand you. It shouldnt depend on your sim card when it comes to 3G speeds, but rather your data plan and your phone.

but exist and 2.5G sim Cards , old... Mine is 3G so any case could reach 3.75G speeds? any way count speed reached under a max speed phone/plan, for my region (Europe)?

I guess it could also depend on your network and country. WAs I'm not too familiar with Cyprus providers, maybe its best to ask in a phone shop, or simply update your sim card and carry over your new number? Its normally really cheap to do that.
