Just install Adobe Acrobat reader and then reading it is no problem. To get it to your phone, either download the file from your phone, email it to yourself, or connect to a pc to drag and drop it. You can also use dropbox or google drive to upload it to a cloud, and then use dropbox or google drive app from your phone to download it.

And antivirus apps arent something you really need..YET. If you do use one, get it from a name brand you can trust like Lookout, AVG, Norton, ect.
