when i try to log in google account it says that there is no network connection and when i browse the internet there is connection ,,, what Should i Do !!

i too have the same exact this problem, i have my phone as dumb........ someone plz help

mine just started to do this yesterday is there a solution yet for this problem?? i cant seem to find one and dont want to factory reset the phone just yet
