Where should I buy the Galaxy Nexus?

The Galaxy Nexus cost around $445 if I buy it strait from google (this is with taxes+shipping)
Expansys has the Galaxy Nexus for $410 without shipping and no tax.

Obviously Expansys is cheaper but is there a catch? Used phone? International version?
