How create a new Android project

Hi All,

I am new to Android programming, I want to create a new project FILE --> NEW---> PROJECT ---> ANDROID , i am able to see the Android folder, But in Android folder following options are present
Android Application Project
Android Project from Existing Code
Android Sample Project
Android Test Project

Out of these four, i am not sure how to proceed ,if i want to a create a new project to write a small code like "Hello World " program.
Please help me on these
