Google Nexus S — Can't charge the battery since Jelly Bean

Hi guys,
just installed the brand new Jelly-Bean update after i got the notification, that it is available. Installation and everything else went fine.

After a few hours i realised, that my battery status is still at 100%... i plugged in my charger to see what happens... nothing.
I plugged in the phone via USB an still, nothing happend (could not even get the phone connected to my pc).

I restarted the phone and the battery level was down to 2%... charging still not possible. I turned off the phone and plugged in the charger again. No it charges (but just in turned off state, not while it is turned on).

Any suggestions what to do now?

That is REALLY weird. Try this:

Use your phone til the battery dies and it powers off
Charge the phone for 4 hours while its turned OFF
Reboot and use normally, and see if battery meter starts working again

Take another charger to charge your battery to see if the battery is good.

The possible reason could be a faulty battery or a charger
