Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet — Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Application Updates

I have an application update notification icon that when I click on it, it tells me that I have x (number of application updates).
How do I find them, and how do I run them. Also, what is the status of a USB cable for the US market?

For the updates, go into your Google Play (android market) press menu, and go to "my apps". There it will show you which apps can be updated.

But what do you mean about "the status of the USB cable for the US market"??
