Samsung’s market share has declined compared to 22.8% a year ago but up slightly to 19.8% in the first three months of the year. While the Apple rises from 4.6% in the second quarter last year. The phones sold in the second quarter were 419 million units, a decline of 2.3% over the previous year, of which 154 million smartphones, 43% more than in 2011. The smartphone with Google Android system represented 64% of sales, an increase of 43%, while Apple’s iPhone OS platform with 18.8% of smartphones sold.
