Acer Iconia — Iconia Tab a501 ics sandwich update in USA????

Can anyone shed some light as to if or when the a501 might be getting the ICS update in the USA? I have contacted support and they are of no assistance, giving me a constant run around, saying its coming, I use to love my tab but now am frustrated and looking for other alternatives, btw the a500's were updated early this spring....
