My Acer Tablet is FROZEN

Can anyone please help me!? I just bought an Acer Tablet. I was in the middle of downloading the newest update and it was "unzipping" now it has completely froze on the screen with the android man and an open white box with an arrow coming out of it. The bar for download it as the very end but wont move and its been like this for 8 hours! Ive tried to reset it and turn the power off but still, nothing is happening!! Plz someone help me!

i think u must reinstall your OS

reboot with volume rocker up and power button pressed at the same time. This should put you in a mode where you can do something.
