Samsung Galaxy S3 — AT&T or T-Mobile Phone Germany

I just wanted to ask which Samsung Galaxy S3 you recommend. I'll be in the USA for a few month and would like to buy an american S3. But I don't know which phone is working better in Germany.
So my choise is between AT&T and T-Mobile.
