In-app purchase IDs on Google Play (Android Marketplace)

I'm trying to figure out in-app purchases.
The Purchase State Change message from Google contains an orderID and a itemID, whereas the Response Code message contains a requestID...
Are any of these the same, and if not, how do I map a request to an order?
