We active follow AndroidPIT and want to share an important milestone with you.
Aptoide (http://www.aptoide.com) reached 200.000 Android Daily Active Users (DAU) that uses our native client to install one or more applications per day. Part of that group of users is probably AndroidPIT readers. :-)
As a community-driven marketplace where publishers, developers and users share applications and manage their own stores, we are closer now to achieve our vision: being the largest independent Android Marketplace. Other interesting points about Aptoide: our client application is open source (http://www.aptoide.org/trac/browser) and our protocol is open (http://co.aptoide.com/node/43).
