You can delete apps, music, photos or all of the above. For music, you can start using a cloud music player like Spotify or Google Music. For apps, just clear out the junk. Upload photos you've taken to your computer.

Simple answer, you can't! As others have suggested you will have to do some strict housekeeping to try to remain within the internal memory. I even had to uninstall my ZDBox app, which controlled the workings to some extent, just to get rid of the message that memory was getting low. Sorry for the bad news.
