Motorola Droid X — Installing a "jar" file on my droid

Installing a "jar" file on my droid

I am trying to view my IP camera with my phone, I have Mobile Player.jar, their instruction say install it on my phone, I can't find how to "install" it.
Then run "ipcamera player". I did decompress the .jar file, it put some "class" files into their folder, but no ipcamera player, I assume I have to "install"
any help ?
