Panasonic HPX 250 P2 edit in FCP 7 created on Nov 7, 2012 3:22:29 AM
I have some Footages recorded by a Panasonic HPX 250 P2 camera in AVC-Intra 50. I am using a MacBook Pro Retina OSX 10.8. I want to edit the footage in Final Cut Pro 7 and then burn to DVD.

The AVC-intra codec is a very processor heavy codec. It’s possible the computer doesn't have enough horse power to play the clips. If you want to edit AVC-intra file in FCP, it should be converted to a ProRes codec. Pavtube MXF Converter for mac is software I use to convert AVC-intra files to ProRes for FCP.
