I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 and live in a fringe area of Melbourne, The phone gives me no coverage of the Optus system even with an external antenna connected. My wife has an older LG Optimus , yet that phone using the same provider has between 2 - 3 bars of signal available to it without any external antenna assistance. Is the Samsung Galaxy 3 that poor at coverage or should I have the phone looked at. Any help would be appreciated
