Data connection

Whenever I try to access my emails or go on the App Store on my phone, I sign into my google account as it says and then it starts to connect to the google servers but then it says that it can't get a reliable data connection. How do I solve this problem? I have got the data roaming turned on in settings.

I experience this in some locations also. Not sure how to fix it (or if it can be fixed). Would also love an answer to this.

Yeah I get the same when I'm in the EU, would love to know why
