How to solve Error 921, [DF-BPA-13] and [DF-BPA-09] while downloading from google play

I had this errors while downloading apps from google play, and I solved them following the next steps:

Go to config > applications > admin applications.

Then search for Google Play Store and press Clear Data
The search for Google service framework and do the same.


Then restart your device and wait for one minute, the try it again.

Great!, For some android users this is not enough and they have to remove their google account and then set it again to make this work but for me worked just doing the steps that I described before
