HTC ChaCha — HTC Cha Cha in Ghana

I am facing problem as my phone always have a wavering signal strength. To clear the doubt that this is service provider problem i had put in the SIM in a Nokia phone and signal strength was very good . Is this a problem with handset and a generic problem with Cha Cha handset.??

Any way to rectify this without going to hardware repair.
