Android - Afrikaans (South Africa) Localization

I`ve got an ASUS Transformer TF201 which has the Afrikaans Language as an option though I bought it in the States.

However I also have a Nexus 7 32GB that I bought in the UK but it does not have Afrikaans as an option. Neither does the Samsung S III. How do I go about localizing these units or who should I contact?

I have translated an App for a Guy for FREE and is interested in doing that for any App that I use.
