I can't access to play store

Hello I have tablet ( novo advances II ) I downloaded the play store and I put my gmail .. but I cant access can any one help me ? please ;(

Hi Recently i purchased a 7 inch android tablet, and when i was trying to download apps and games, it kept coming up with an error message, so i got my brother to do a little bit of investigation, and he advised me to reset the tablet to factory setting which i did and 3 games which werent there appeared and i was then able to download things... hope this helps anyone having trouble.

Try reinstalling and login with different email.

Why did you need to download Play Store. it should come by default.
Did you buy it from China? That's the only reason I can think of coz they don't install Google Service Pack by default.

I can't access the playstore either. I have a Cideko device that also didn't come standard with the playstore installed. The issue that I have is that in the settings list, there is no option to add an account, like there is on my tablet and I can't install play store apps without registering my device and linking it to an account.
Does anyone know of a way to curcumvent this? I wouls really like to install my payed apps on my cideko tv box(south african made).
