1.Transfer digital copy to local computer. You can decide whether to transfer Digital Copy to iTunes or Windows Media Player, personally I prefer iTunes .m4v format so that I can view them later using my iTunes.
2.Convert to Kindle Fire acceptable format. Even after transferring to pc, digital copies are still DRM protected, you need strip off this protection and convert to suitable format like .mp4. I happen to know such a programmer, ChewTune it is. BTW, it is announced to support latest updated iTunes 11, what an amazing stuff.

Convert the movie to avi by the use of a great program called format factory a free software for your pc and then plug the kindle in the laptop and store the movie in the movie folder to be accessed by you whenever you want to watch the film.
