I new to this and just registered
I bought my wife a Kocaso M1050S tablet running Android 4.0 ICS and she has been trying to sync it to her Windows PC (XP) via USB using Documents to go for Android, She's connected the USB cable and started the connection wizard but it stops part way through with the error message "device is not connected" , can anyone tell me if there is some setting we have to change to allow the tablet to connect.
Any help would be much appreciated
