Hi,I have HTC desire v with android v4.0 .I use college WiFi connection to connect to internet.The problem is that proxy settings are used.The default browser and play store work but other applications like youtube do not work.Also,the YouTube videos do not play in browser.Is there any way I can use these applications through proxy without rooting?
