Samsung Galaxy S — Galaxy S GT i9003 roms?

Hello everyone, i want to know which roms or mods (dont know the difference) can i install to this phone, and which one would be the best!

i would like one that gives the best performance to the phone, but also stay actualized.

i know that the oficial android os for this phone reach until the 2.3 but i want jellybean if this is better?
